Nikeeta lives in a village, which is being plagued by monsters and demons. With barely any means to properly fend them off, its community is hanging by the thread of existence. Being at her wit’s end, Nikeeta finds her way to a derelict forest temple, where she summons Gregory, a long forgotten God of the Hunt, asking for his strength and wisdom. But in order to gain his support, she's subjected to a trial of endurance. However, Nikeeta’s determined to push through; after all, she has little to lose up at this point. Will she ultimately prove herself worthy of his power, or will she perish in her endeavour to save her village …??
